Adrian Cardenas is in critical condition and fighting for his life.

One of God's warriors, Adrian is selfless, always giving everything he has to others in his community. He is the first to show up with food, a smile, and love for those in need.

With complications from diabetes affecting his respiratory system, Adrian is now under the care of the doctors at Seton Main in Austin, Texas.

Sick for nearly a month, Adrian is unable to work as a caterer and musician. If you don't know Adrian, these are the things that bring him and those in his life great joy - his efforts have helped so many.

Adrian's catering company, Comida del Mundo, Food of the World, has helped thousands. He has donated his time and talent to Austin non-profits like Jail to Jobs, Community First! Village, Chosen.Org, AND he plays percussion on Sunday mornings at Life Austin Church. Through his work as a musician, Adrian plays with Dysfunkshun Junkshun. Most importantly, he is a father, husband and grandfather, and we love him so much.
